Has there been any progress with DWP’s challenge to the decision in R (Johnson, Woods,Barrett & Stewart) v SSWP?

I haven’t seen anything and I was wondering if I had missed it?

I think you might be over-estimating how quickly things happen in the Court of Appeal…

The current position appears to be that the Court intends to hear the case by mid-2020.

Thanks both of you, I had a feeling I was being over optimistic to think it might have been heard, we live in hope….
