I ask because we’ve recently been told to send stuff to ESA16, which is Hanley according to that.

I think it’s whoever is your processing centre - here in Bristol it’s St Austell for ESA so that’s the one we would send to. If you processing centre is Hanley then that’s the one.

I think that it varies depending on the claimant’s post code. You will probably just need to ring back and speak to someone else
