Just looking at the situation with LCWRA as have a MAC affected. Im checking dates currently as there is a slim chance that UC was claimed before ESA ended but im not certain. Older person had SG with ESA. If he claimed day before ESA ended, LCWRA should be included in UC, and if he claimed day ESA ended also? but if he claimed day after, it wont.

Eldest person gets PIP DL but only SR. This means he wont be able to have LCWRA based on PIP entitlement but my question is as he gets SR, will he get LCW element included in the UC calculation (as there is no extra amount for this unless entitled before change in rules?) can he still request a WCA to be reassessed for LCWRA?

thank you
