Must a social landlord (non LA) notify rent changes to HB dept?
I had always thought this to be the case but had never seen any problems with this until today.
Reg 88 seems to suggest that a HA receiving direct HB payments has a duty to notify a change such as a rent increase to the HB section.
Am I overlooking anything?
