I wonder if someone could please offer me some guidance? We would appreciate your help.

Our client is in receipt of SRP he also receives a payment of £454.48 into his bank every three month showing as DWP LIB. He is unsure of what this is? I think it may be either long term incapacity benefit or possibly Industrial injuries benefit?

Can anyone please shed any light on this for me?

Is it possible we can still submit a claim for Attendance Allowance?

Kind Regards

All I know is that is exactly what your client would be paid for 18/19 if they were getting IIDB at 20% disablement. The payment should have gone up to £465.40 for 19/20.

Don’t see why an AA claim couldn’t be made, whatever the payment is for.
