Does anyone know whether it is possible for DWP to send a letter to an office address or to send documents via secure email where a claimant is afraid to have printed documents sent to their home? In this case the claimant’s family do not want to accept her disability, and if they find the documents she would be prevented from claiming. Any ideas on how to support in this case please?

IIRC when you make the PIP claim phone call they ask for your residential address and then ask if that address is ok to send post to. So at that point she can give a care of address (e.g. your office, somebody else she trusts).

Thank you for that. I will try that. We have been looking at Royalmail Keepsafe service, as that would be able to continue after she finishes her study.
