Work Focussed interviews every 6 month when in receipt of LCWRA on UC
I was told by a collegue this morning that a client of his was made to attend a WFI every 6 months despite him having LCWRA , i am not aware of anything in the regs just wondering has there been any statuatory instument allowing this ?
Definitely not allowed. This is actually not allowed by the Welfare Reform Act, never mind any regs. See s. 19(1) & (2)(a) (and s. 13(2)(a))
