Hi

I wonder if someone can assist me as I have a CT (DBR) appeal and I need to consider some relevant casework for my appeal, however, I have no idea where to find it! The cases are detailed in CPAG’s Council Tax Handbook (12th Edition) as follows:

Howell Williams v Wirral BC [1981] RA 189CA
Appeal No: 2235M10253/084C
Appeal No: 5480M138614/084C
Appeal No: 2820M165193/084C
Hanson v Middlesborough Council 2006 [2006] RA320 (HC)

Any assistance with finding these cases would be gratefully received!

Kind regards

Greg

We’ve had a look for the other one but its age makes it difficult unless anyone has a copy…

Stuart found this case which discusses Howell-Williams a bit - https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Admin/2006/3117.html

I have previously just emailed the VTE to ask for a copy of a decision, which they supplied.
