The one to the effect that a claimant cannot be expected to sign-on/provide evidence of actively seeking work for the period between a disallowance decision and a tribunal decision allowing their appeal. Am certain this was one of nevip’s but I can’t remember the reference. Cheers.

Lovely, that’s the one I was after. Out of interest, do you know if it was published on the old (pre-2015) Commissioner’s/UT website? I’ve got a copy from the Rightsnet archive, but the site for pre-2015 decisions has been down for the past couple of months…..

ETA - don’t worry. Have just realised it’s referenced in the commentary in the law volumes, so it must have been published.

It’s working for me PC - it has been pretty intermittent though.

Still not working for me. I also have this problem when doing my freelance stuff for CPAG at home - both involve accessing the internet via IE - which I cannot update as I don’t have admin privileges - so maybe that’s the issue…

bailii is always worth a look if old site doesn’t work - and you’re in luck -

Stuart - I didn’t need to look as far as baiili - it’s on rightsnet, as I already indicated.

oh yes so you did - may be helpful in the unlikely event we haven’t got decisions in the archive
