MC v SSWP UKUT [2012] 337 (AAC) - anyone have a copy?
It’s about the ‘contradiction’ in receiving CA and claiming a disability benefit oneself - that old chestnut. I realise that it will almost certainly be on the old/pre-2015 UT website but that has been down for the past fortnight…...
