Urgent advice please - Legislation for declaring capital
I need some urgent advice as I am out of the office at the moment. Can someone tell me the regulations that require the claimant to declare a sum of capital that could affect affects. Currently receiving ESA-IR, HB etc & due to receive a large lump sum that will remove entitlement.
