DWP never cease to entertain:
Received call today from PIP (not at our/clients request). DWP refuse to provide response to our security questions - say we have to answer their security question even though they are calling us!

apparently people’s banks can’t wrap their heads round that either.
makes perfect sense to me - cold calling, all that, they need to prove who they are…
