Once an Assessed Income Period comes to an end, is it the responsibility of the claimant to report their current levels of capital and occupational pensions if this would have an affect on the amount of Pension Credit payable?

As far as we’re aware, Pension Service should write to claimant to tell them AIP has come to an end and then it’s the responsibility of the claimant to notify any relevant changes of circumstances as normal.

Thanks, Paul.  That was my guess.  I can foresee some overpayments accruing if the DWP do not issue PC2 forms at the end of the AIP.
