Permission to appeal to Supreme Court has been granted in two-child limit case - a tweet from Tom Royston confirms that the Supreme Court has this week granted the claimants in SC & Ors permission to appeal- with a hearing probably some time next year.

NB - also now confirmed on the Supreme Court’s October to November permission to appeal results (page 2).

Hearing set for 20 to 22 October 2020 - (Lord Kerr refers to hearing date in today’s judgment (para 12) on NI devolution issues and UC rollout).
