I need to write to UC about someone who does not have an online account.  Sent the letter to Universal Credit, Freepost DWP, Universal Credit Full Service, but it has come back so I assume that address is not correct.

Anyone know the correct address please?

That is the correct address - however the problem is that because it doesn’t have a postcode, post office staff will often simply bounce it back as an invalid address.

OK, thanks.  I’ll try sending it to the Canterbury Office address with the postcode and see what happens.

I’m sure the above one is right. I’d also add these 2 that I have had in the past -

Universal Credit
Canterbury Benefit Centre
Mail Handling Site A Wolverhampton
WV98 2EA

Universal Credit
Post Handling Site B
Wolverhampton
WV99 1AJ

I used to sometimes send tax credit letters to mre than one variant of the TCO address - made it harder for them to claim non-receipt ....
