UC R2R interviews - DWP standard questions - FOI reply

Attached (via MP) are the questions asked by interviewer under the UC e-HRT process. It appears to be a ‘tick box’ on line form completed by the JCP interviewer. A process/ interview with no scope for the interviewer to ask / add additional information that might be relevant to R2R (inc details of previous R2R decisions under legacy benefits - see https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/13988/).

In the examples we have seen in UC submissions this reduces to about 4 pages (we assume there are short cuts that skip irrelevant questions in a particular case i.e. if claimant was not self employed)
