Phone call to DWP
So after 42 minutes, my call to the enquiry line has been answered. However, all I can hear is some very faint background noise and it doesn’t appear that whoever answered the call meant to.
How long before they realise I’m here and / or hang up? They just hung up…. Annoying….
It’s just the sound of Neil Couling scrambling around for new ideas.

All I can say is that the man can type - and his colleagues are either very quiet or very far away…..
