Can anyone help me obtain a JSA01 paper form please?

has the form, but no permission to print it!

I have a client with no NINO yet (she’s had the interview, still waiting), so I’m hoping to get a claim in for legacy benefits and have her claim paid back to when the claim is started (app with her tomorrow afternoon).

If you have the form and can send it to me that would be much appreciated, I’ve had no success looking myself.

Other option is we call, but we’re calling HMRC to claim Tax Credits and hoping to get the claim in for that before 31st of Jan as client has more than 2 children.

- or she waits till she has her NINO.

Many thanks,
Honey

The PDF’s on WDTK are usually protected so unable to print/edit etc. This attachment has been ‘unlocked’ and can be printed.
