Benefit Cap Challenge for Lone Parents
Dear All
Has the judgment for UKSC 2018/0061 R (on the application of DA and others) (AP) (Appellants) v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (Respondent), yet been published? The hearing took place between 17 - 19 July 2018.
If it has been published, and anyone has a copy I would be most grateful if they would send it to me.
