SHould a EDL & EM PIP claim be reassessed when a deterioration declared
Claimant in receipt of EDL & EM for a 5yr period 1yr in rings to say condition deteriorated reassessed nil award.
Did I dream that a review/assessment should not be actioned as no prospect of increase award???

aye well, can’t say i’m surprised. i’ve currently a case where client rang in to say his carer had got a job and was no longer caring - lost his mobility that he’s been on since it was invented (and now i’m waiting for SOR from the tribunal…)
