I have a client who was on IRESA, started work which lasted 11 weeks and 5 days, meantime area became FS. Does the 12 week linking rule still apply i.e. can client go back onto previous rate of IRESA? Many thanks for your help.

I asked DWP that question in February of this year.

They have never replied. I have now made an escalated formal complaint about this failure to respond.

Opinions on Rightsnet were that the imposition of the Commencement Order is fatal to any link to IRESA.

Thank you for the speedy response. Hopefully you will get one at some point although clearly not a speedy one.
