The High Court has granted permission for judicial review of the policy of equalisation of women’s pension ages, and the impact of those changes on women born in the 1950s, in the case of Robinson and others v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions CO/3174/2018

DWP stops pension age complaints inestigations pending Hgh Court decision - update to complaints procedure web page advises -

At present, we are not investigating complaints about State Pension age changes as this issue is before the High Court. If you have already complained to us, we will send you an interim response explaining this, and we will write again once the court proceedings conclude.

on the other hand, if the JR succeeds, a lot of what we’re all unhappy about will be sorted and therefore no need to progress complaint (unless there’s something particularly specific to a particular complainant….which surely isn’t likely, as we’re all affected the same way!)
