Is cerebral palsy exempt from WCA as it is classed as a lifelong condition.?

see the attached - the short answer is, no.

and in any event,  some people with CP won’t ever work, and others can and do, it depends on how the condition affects the individual/how serious it is etc.  and some have other issues as well.

client also has a stoma due to bowel issues, I would hope the capability for work questionnaire would be suffice to prevent an assessment being carried out.
