I may have misremembered this but I seem to recall that one of the UT Judges (or even commissioners) wrote a guide to writing an appeal submission and I am looking for a copy or a link.

I’ve seen Judge Jacobs’ guide to procedural applications ( published by the Public Law Project) but this is not the one I remember, the one I am thinking of had an example of a (very short) appeal submission and something to the effect that you don’t need to tell the Tribunal what the law is, they already know it (which I seem to remember caused some comments on this site).

If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Thanks both, it was Judge Boyd’s online pack that I was struggling to remember!
