Hi, I have a client who fails GPoW test, on MR it is agreed the client has a permanent right of residence (decision takes 3 months) and the decision is revised in his favour.  Early in the MR process, the client is told to stop signing on as “there is no point”.  JSA are now refusing to pay the arrears for the period the MR took, presumably as he cannot evidence he was actively seeking work.  Is the only option compensation or have I missed something? Thanks
