Online ESA3

Does anyone know whether the ESA3 form is available online?  I can’t find it either by searching .gov.uk or via the US corporation who don’t pay much tax.

Don’t believe so. I normally just use an ESA1 and write ‘Please treat as an ESA3’ on the front. Seems to mostly work.

Thanks both.  I did find the version which was sent out in that FOI, but like you I am unsure if it is the current version.  The ESA 3 really should be online, albeit with warnings that is only for those currently getting ESA or NI credits.

I take it the point of doing this online would be speed and legibility. I type the answers out on a separate piece of paper and put “see attached sheet” in each box.

Seems to work—or at least not to be rejected out of hand.
