Can anyone remember the UT decision on the interpretation of descriptor 13. 

The heading of that descriptor says it means “planning, organization, problem solving, prioritizing or switching tasks.  This suggests tasks that are more complicated than simply washing and getting dressed.  These are tasks we do almost by instinct with very little thought, which for most of us, most of the time, require very little, if any, planning or organization, let alone problem solving.
