Suddenly started coming through with urls but no actual HTML link so I’m having to copy and paste into a browser search.

Anyone else had this issue or is it just someone at our end stripping out HTML for security reasons?

Apparently we don’t get them at all.

There’s a job in with IT. Maybe it’s not our end? Never used to happen with the Royal Mail….

Mike - sorry to hear that - Shawn’s on leave today and tomorrow and this is beyond my capability but I’ll get him to look into it when he’s back.

John - I think we’ve already replied to someone at your office - the newsletters are getting bounced back - so I think your IT are looking into it?
