male client on UC with LCWRA and PIP SRDL and a small private pension
wife works full time
they get UC (as have higher earnings disregarded due to no housing costs) but also get HB as are in exempt supported accommodation
HB are awarding them full HB saying they are passported as on UC?? is there not a cut off UC award figure?
and also saying the HB award calculation shows UC as only income as if they showed wage and pension then this would be counted twice??

UC is a passport to full HB - see CPAG p175. Their income and capital are both ignored entirely and they are entitled to maximum HB.
