Hello, is the 13 month time limit for a late appeal from the original decision or from the date of the Mandatory Reconsideration decision? CPAG guidance unclear about which decision. Thanks

There are two 13 month time limits.

From the date of the original decision you have an absolute limit of 13 months to request a MR.

Once a decision has been made about the MR request you have another absolute limit of 13 months, from the date of the MR decision to lodge an appeal with the First-tier Tribunal.
