Conversion of remaining incapacity benefit claims is complete?

DWP has estimated zero spending on incapacty benefit and income support (incapacity) claims in 2018/2019 - has anyone still got claimants awaiting conversion?

We are awaiting an outcome decision from a WCA undertaken 06/04/2018.

We’ve just had a client ring up, she’s 60+ but below retirement age, who the DWP have recently written to and told her that she has been receiving IB credits since 2007, and in receipt of DLA, and the letter asks if she still has incapacity, is she working, and has she claimed any other benefits?
