Seems a subtle change was made on the 16th July 2018 (page 110 PIP Assessment Guide, Part two).

Previously the guidance says (in the illustrative example) “The claimant becomes anxious before any journey and ...”

It now says “The claimant becomes panicked before any journey and ...”

Is this yet another way of deliberately altering the wording to disallow even more claimants?
