The opening message on the UC helpline now tells us “for anything else; including claims to New Style ESA, press 2”

Is that the end of the problems people have been having I wonder?

You can at least do new style JSA online so I think the problems haven’t been so bad there?

That’s probably true. It just seems an odd omission if they are re-recording the message.

Unfortunately not, our recent experience it that when you “press 2” the person you get to speak to still insists that you make a claim for UC. Going round and round in circles
