I just wanted to check this as i’m not sure this is correct?

Client is aged 66 and is currently on DLA but has now been told that her DLA is ending and she has to move onto PIP is this correct? I thought PIP for clients up to 64 why would DWP ask for client to complete another application form for a benefits that she may not qualify because of her age?

Any suggestions would be great!

PIP conversion will catch up with every DLA claimant who was aged under 65 on 8 April 2013. Turning 65 after that date doesn’t exclude them.
