Hi guys

Anyone any experience with this one…...

My client was on ESA WRAG but failed a WCA july last year. She challenged it & made UC claim almost instantaneously.

She had her ESA appeal date but it was postponed & by the time shes got the new date for appeal shes already passed her UC WCA & given the LCWRA component.

We are worried now that should client not win the ESA appeal the JCP may use this to knock her off LCWRA too or at least put her in for another WCA straight away?

Any ideas please.

Cheers

losing the tribunal would just be a confirmation that the esa wca decision was correct so shouldnt impact on the uc. i think repeat wca’s are also triggered by internal recordings when the wca decision is made so i cant see that being an issue either.
