UCFS Journal - Aside from youtube videos is there a dummy version?

Have tried googling but to no avail, if anyone knows of such thing, we would be really grateful!

I went on a course run by DWP on how to use the UCFS journal. DWP have a dummy version. Unfortunately this is only available in courses and not available to benefit advisers. Try speaking to the DWP Partnership Manager in your area to attend the course.

Thanks for the reply!

Have had the ‘dummy version’ experience.

Was hoping there was a stand alone version.

But we have a couple of Youtube promo videos dealing with the journal, they should be sufficient to get an idea of the journal’s layout.

Just for completeness found this FOI posted by an esteemed Rightsnet ‘usual suspect’!

“Dummy” details for Universal Credit digital service claim? - a ...

8 Jun 2016 - Dear Department for Work and Pensions,. I know it is possible to “try out” a Universal Credit online claim in the non-digital format (ie for Gateway and Pathfinder areas) using “dummy” name, address, NI number etc. This is really useful as it allows people who have to advise UC claimants to train themselves ..

And the answer ....

Currently there is no facility to make ‘dummy’ claims in the full digital service.

You may find these YouTube clips a useful way of familiarising yourself with the experience of claiming Universal Credit in the full digital service

Thanks for this really handy!

Would be great to have practice/dummy version of the journal, but can’t find anything!

But this is a really handy consolatory prize!

Nothing here:

Re above - Can’t find what i am looking for the specific purpose we have in mind.

The two you tube video’s below cover the area’s we need to illustrate, for something on Friday (long story), but a dummy version, we could do stuff with would be even better.
