I’m guessing not many of them have made it into work due to the snow. Just tried calling Clydebank BC and perhaps unsurprisingly none of the numbers are picking up.

I’ve just seen it performed at a cathedral in Prague. At the time I thought it was rather cold but with the wisdom of hindsight…

I am of the opinion that Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now by the Smiths would be more appropriate.
At least it’s the first day of spring

Vivaldi was rescued from obscurity by Ezra Pound as part of a project to develop Italian cultural nationalism for the fascist state - https://www.cambridge.org/core/books/fascist-directive/fascist-cultural-nationalism-of-the-vivaldi-revival/DFF3AABE71BC19F08050C0374AF4A704#. I’ve always found the use of his music as a form of torture by the DWP entirely appropriate.

Vivaldi would be turning in his grave, if only he knew the widespread extent of misery, his great tune now causes.
