Just spotted this from EHRC.

The Legal Support Project provides advice and funding to help individuals who have experienced discrimination to pursue legal claims.

We are now accepting applications for funding for cases that involve discrimination in housing or social security law.

This is different from most of the legal work we do as the focus is access to justice for individuals, rather than strategic cases that will have a wider effect.

Applications from solicitors and specialist advice centres only

We are accepting applications from solicitors (both in private practice and the not-for-profit sector) and specialist advice centres only. Applications must be for housing or social security matters where there is a potential breach of part 3 of the Equality Act 2010.

In addition to the funding, the EHRC’s telephone based Adviser Support Service is now available…

The Commission is providing a service for the advice sector, solicitors, other organisations that support individuals with their problems, trade unions, and ombudsman schemes.

- do you work with people who may have been discriminated against?
- are you unsure whether someone might be able to make a complaint about a human rights issue?
- have you been asked to help with a discrimination or human rights issue? Do you want to talk through a case?

Experts at the Commission are available to help.
