OVERPAYMENT RECOVERY DESPITE UNDER APPEAL
Hello,
does anyone have guidance about not recovering an overpayment when the amount overpaid is under dispute and has been appealed?
Debt mgt insist they can continue to recover and will refund if appeal successful.
I believed o/ps were not recovered if under appeal ....
