Anyone else had this? I’ve now had three in a week.

DWP rings but I am working at home or away from my desk so they leave a voicemail. Unfortunately their mastery of their phone system is such that they accidentally put themselves on hold. This means I pick up my messages and get Vivaldi. Today I’ve just had 2:08. I wonder what it is they wanted to say?

Wonder if I can book it for when I arrive in the office cold and wet off my bus?

Ha ha ha!
Is it not simply that they’ve put you in their Book of Enemies and have created a new way to make you suffer? If I ever hear that bit of Vivaldi at a concert I will run out screaming :-(

Whilst you’re on hold that ‘advisor’ can’t take another call.  This gives them time to finish their bacon roll / cornflakes / coffee or whatever.

Happened again this morning. If I edit them together I may be able to construct the entire piece!
