How is this going to work in real life?

Will there be a monthly earnings limit as with prescription costs?  meaning one AP you could be eligilble for   FSM and then your earnings going over the limit and not being eligible for the next AP.

What a nightmare, how do you cope with that when you have to submit your child’s menu well in advance (for my childrens school a term in advance) and tick the box for FSM.

DFGs have a passporting qualification for WTC ‘where awarded for earnings of less than’ about £15k.  I expected to see something similar for UC but it would need, to be sensible, to be annualised - either by averaging or by saying ’ for the next 12 months on the basis of this assessment period’.
