DWP has lodged an appeal against a FOI Commissioner decision made in March 2017 that required it to release ‘WCA Outcome Reports’ from ATOS and CHDA (Maximus). DWP describe each report as -

‘… an attachment within the Medical Quality report. This report is broken down by assessment centre and contains all of the information required as stated within the Contract.’

Appeal listing details are on the Information rights appeals: register of tribunal cases (Case FS50645849).

The Mirror has also reported on the case.

Very interesting when you consider the guidance:

Highlights

‘...isn’t credible.’

“frankly laughable”

What are the appeal grounds going to be?
