ESA/PIP appaels - no need to complain about PIP or WCA reports

I’m looking for the fairly recent UT decision in which the Judge comments that if one was disputing the quality/accuracy of a report by DWP’s assessment provider, there is no need to submit a complaint to them.

Can’t recall whether it was an ESA or PIP case, but the principle is the same for both.

Can anyone remember it?

That’s it.  Thanks.

Para 24 is worth citing in response to DWP’s oft used assertion that issues to do with the quality of reports are nothing to do with them.  Apart from the fact that reports are done on behalf of DWP, it misses the point about what weight is to be given to dodgy assessment reports .  This decision confirms that the lack of a complaint to the assessment provider is neither here nor there.
