requiring treatment as part of the dressing process?

My client suffers from a skin condition. plus anxiety and depressive disorder. She is appealing a PIP decision of zero points.
Her skin condition would not normally be expected to cause much discomfort or difficulty. However, she stays at home most of the time, wearing pyjamas because normal day clothes cause her to feel a lot of irritation/discomfort/pain. In order to dress in day clothes when she has to go out of the house, she feels she has to treat herself with a bath using prescribed emollients for several hours. Can it be argued that, since her conditions (including her mental ones) require her to take a long bath as part of the dressing process, she should be considered unable to complete the activity of dressing within a reasonable time period? Any other suggestions?

Surely she can’t dress? Full stop. Can’t do it reliably or in a reasonable time.
