just wanting some reassurance here!

client on esa and in the wrag.  in an area gateway conditions still apply.  offered 8 week job.  current applicable amount is personal allowance and wrag component.

if he takes he job, it ends and then he reclaims he falls into the 12 week linking period.  from what i can see the new wrag cuts wouldnt impact on him but i just want to be sure i havent missed that.

So long as they can link the claim and counts as one period of LCW it’s fine - see http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/welfare-rights/news/item/Removal-of-the-ESA-work-related-activity-component-and-universal-credit-lim
