Also useful for spelling out that MH continues to apply to pre-16/3/2017 cases. Though she also said that more succinctly in RS-G v SSWP (PIP) [2017] UKUT 0152 (AAC) which was published yesterday. There are still some FtT judges not clear on that point.

Splendidly! Motability car regained and DL will be worth more than £60k over the term of the award with SDP, etc. Thanks again.
