New LSC Contracts

The LSC have started to issue the new contracts to SWL providers who were successful in the recent bid round.

However, to those who have been offered a contract there appears to be an error in the contract schedules.

If you have received a schedule you will see the start date is 15/11/2010 and the end date is 30/11/2011, which is 54 weeks.

So if you bid for 300 matters a year (52 weeks), they appear to have extended to contract period by 2 weeks but not extended the matter start allocation.

Please check this and contact your representative bodies if necessary to alert them to this error.

Alarming! I thought the contract was for three years ??? Do you know what’s going on?

The contracr is for 3 years but the schedule is for 1 year
