Hi all,

Would anyone be able to email or fax me a copy of R(SB) 5/90?

In this decision the commissioner holds that an award of appointeeship has retrospective effect.

Hope we’re able to actually meet up sometime too.

Not sure if R(SB) 5/90 is worth uploading to rightsnet?

Its usefully cited in the commentary of Volume III of Sweet and Maxwell’s Social Security Legislation as holding that an appointeeship has retrospective effect but isn’t available online.
