I’ve not needed to make a complaint about DWP in my new job until recently. (Well, actually I made it last year but the client disengaged)

DWP are digging their heels in and delaying and i’d like to escalate it.

I recall, in previous complaints, the escalation route was via someone at Caxton House, Neil Houlihan or similar, a general operations manager, before going to ICE. Unsurprisingly the webpage does not discuss escalation.

Does anyone know how I might escalate a complaint these days?

Please message me if you’ve got an address ta
