Does anyone have a list of covid easements concerning the past presence test?

I don’t remember there being any Paul. I’ve gone back and checked our adviser briefings and the easements were generally about extensions for returning forms, no face-to-face assessments or JCP attendance and that kind of thing.

Thanks Paul.  I’ve just picked up a case of a British couple who have spent the last 10 years living In India (so not returning from an EU country) before returning to the UK in November 2021 and then claimed PIP. They had intended to return much earlier but couldn’t due to travel restrictions. I mention a list of easements as her appeal papers mentions an easement that applies to claims that were made before they were stranded abroad but it doesn’t cite the source for that. That’s when I thought that there might be a statutory source, or an inclusive non-statutory list (however short).
